  4. ITSM Framework Decision - Is ITIL the only way to go - NO!  There is eTOM, HP, IBM, and Microsoft just to name a few.
  5. Six Sigma TEN - we will identify at least 7 (usually ten) Six Sigma principles that you can learn, implement, and begin reaping the benefits and value immediately.
  6. CMMI TEN - YES, we will do the very same thing with regard to CMMI principles.
  7. CobiTEN - This framework is meant to help IT managers with developing solid governance practices.  We will provide ten principles that you can immediately put to use.
  8. Strategic Success Plan (SSP) - This is a web based document that provides all of the details of the assessment.  In essence this document contains your current state, your future state vision, and the GAP Analysis which must be completed in order to reach your future state.
  9. ServiceDesk Re-SOURCE - we take a very close look at your Service Desk and provide input on how to improve its image so they can go from helpless desk to a true Service Desk.
  10. Quality Document Deliverables - This set of documents sole purpose is to clearly identify and agree upon the project deliverables.  Our goal is to ensure you get what you paid for, in order to do that we must both manage expectations.  So we developed this document to clearly document what the deliverables are, how they are to be delivered, when, where, as well as how each deliverable can be measured for success.  We also ensure that the right people (from your organization) are involved in building and defining the deliverables.
